Curriculum Vitae

I started as an assistant professor at UCLA in the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Human Genetics in November 2015.

Previously, I was a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Genetics, Harvard Medical School and the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. I was partly supported by a Harvard Science of the Human Past fellowship and by a NIH Pathway to Independence Award.

I received a Ph.D in Computer Science at UC Berkeley where I was advised by Kimmen Sjölander and Michael Jordan. Before coming to Berkeley, I spent four years at IIT, Madras where I received a B.Tech in Computer Science.
